Apply for a Pilot
Tell us about your robot and task. We’ll propose a pilot scope, data checklist, and measurable success criteria — with safety-first deployment.
What you get in a pilot
Skill Pack
A site-specific trained skill for your robot and task, delivered with versioning.
Benchmark Report + Evidence Log
Repeatable acceptance testing across performance, robustness, and safety envelope.
Deployment Pack
Integration templates, monitoring signals, and rollback plan for safe rollout.
Typical pilot sprint (illustrative)
* Timeline depends on task complexity and available site inputs.
Week 1
Kickoff & site inputs: Data audit, constraints, KPI targets, twin setup.
Week 2
Simulate & train: Scenario generation + training iterations.
Week 3
Benchmark & safety envelope: Validation against acceptance criteria; evidence log.
Week 4
Deploy & monitor: On-robot rollout, monitoring hooks, rollback readiness.
Is your project a fit?
A clearly defined task (manipulation / inspection / navigation).
A robot platform available (or simulator + integration path).
Site inputs you can share (CAD/scan/video) and basic constraints.
KPIs / acceptance criteria you can agree upfront.
What we typically need
Site representation: CAD/BIM, 3D scan/point cloud (if available), or short video walkthrough.
Robot specs: model, payload, sensors; URDF/mesh if available.
Safety constraints: keep-out zones, speed/force limits, human presence.
Your target KPI: success rate, cycle time, precision, allowable violations (ideally zero).
Integration constraints: ROS 2 / vendor stack / API requirements.
Pilot application
Share as much as you can. If you require an NDA before details, tick the NDA option and provide minimal info — we’ll follow up.
